We understand that occasionally a product may not meet your specific needs or requirements. Return Timeframe
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date. Requests made after this period cannot be accommodated.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, products must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition
- Products must be in original packaging
- All included documentation and accessories must be returned with the product
Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all eligible returns. This fee covers the costs associated with processing, inspecting, and restocking returned merchandise.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as National Manufacturing and Distribution cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Product Defects or Errors
If you receive a defective product or if we made an error with your order, please contact us immediately. In these cases:
- We will cover all return shipping costs
- No restocking fee will be applied
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund
How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process:

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Receive return authorization and shipping instructions
- Package the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- The refund amount will reflect the purchase price minus the 15% restocking fee
- You will receive email confirmation once your refund has been processed
Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-fabricated or special-order parts
- Products that have been installed or used
- Items returned after the 30-day return window
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper installation
